FOREIGN LANGUAGE

Students in 6th - 8th grade take a Spanish foreign language class. In 6th grade, students participate in an introductory level Spanish class. While the Spanish curriculum taught over the 7th and 8th grade years combined is the equivalent of a high school Spanish 1 course. A final exam is administered at the end of the 8th grade year to measure readiness for Spanish II in high school. All the Spanish classes are taught in person, giving the students a great hands-on experience.
